Residency Waiver & Code of Conduct

The Badia Renaissance | June 15 – 21, 2026

This waiver must be acknowledged prior to participation in the Renaissance experience.

1. Assumption of Somatic & Mental Risk

I acknowledge that the Badia Renaissance involves deep contemplative practices, including extended meditation, breathwork, and somatic art sessions led by Jay Chodagam and Alessandro Esteri.

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health to participate in this high-intensity immersion.

I understand that these practices can be emotionally evocative and take full responsibility for my personal well-being and self-regulation during the residency.

2. The Unified Track Commitment

I COMMIT TO THE COLLECTIVE RHYTHM.

I understand that this is a "Unified Track" experience. By signing this, I agree to:

  • Honor the schedule and participate in all transmissions (unless physically unable)
  • Respect the 24-hour Noble Silence protocol on Day 4
  • Acknowledge that the "Digital Sunset" is a core component of the methodology
  • Agree to the guided removal of technology during designated periods

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • I recognize that the "Unified Track" and "Triad of Mastery" are proprietary methodologies owned by the Curators.
  • I agree not to record, replicate, or commercially distribute the specific curriculum, teaching materials, or artistic processes revealed during the residency.
  • I agree to respect the privacy of my 29 peers. What is shared in the "Renaissance Dialogues" remains within the circle.

4. Media & Photography Release

I acknowledge that high-contrast B&W photography and videography will be captured to document this cultural summit.

I grant the Partnership the irrevocable right to use my likeness in future "Badia Renaissance" archival and marketing materials unless I have provided a specific written exclusion to the Curator prior to the event date.

5. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Puneet Kalia, Jay Chodagam, Alessandro Esteri, Namita, and the Badia De Campalone estate from any and all liability for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Financial loss arising from my participation
  • Travel delays
  • Medical emergencies
  • Changes in the program due to Force Majeure

6. Code of Conduct

As a participant, I agree to:

  • Treat all participants, staff, and venue personnel with respect and dignity
  • Maintain confidentiality of discussions and personal information shared by other participants
  • Abstain from recreational drugs and excessive alcohol consumption during the residency
  • Respect the property and grounds of the Badia De Campalone
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions and transmissions
  • Embrace the collective rhythm of the Unified Track experience

Violation of this code may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the residency shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Arezzo, Italy.

I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS WAIVER.

Selected participants will be asked to digitally acknowledge this waiver as part of the onboarding process. A physical signature will be collected upon arrival at the Florence Aero-Lounge transfer point.
