Terms & Conditions

The Badia Renaissance | June 2026

By proceeding with the Curator Interview and deposit, the participant accepts these terms in their entirety.

1. The Selection & Residency Model

The Badia Renaissance is a curated residency, not a public event.

  • Vetting: Acceptance is contingent upon a successful "Curator Interview." The Partnership reserves the right to deny residency to any applicant to preserve the integrity of the cohort.
  • The Unified Track: Participants agree to adhere to the non-parallel program schedule. Deviation from the collective rhythm (except for medical necessity) is discouraged to maintain the "Unified Track" methodology.

2. Financial Protocols

  • Investment: The total residency fee is $10,000 USD.
  • Hard Close: All positions must be finalized by March 15, 2026.
  • Payment Structure: A non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of acceptance. Final balance is due by the Hard Close date.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Due to the exclusive 100% buyout of the property, no refunds will be issued after March 15, 2026. We strongly advise participants to carry "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance.

3. Intellectual Property & Trade Secrets

  • Proprietary Methodology: The "Unified Track," "Triad of Mastery," and "Digital Sunset" protocols are the Proprietary Intellectual Property of the Curators.
  • Usage: Participants may not record sessions for commercial use or replicate the program architecture for future events without express written consent.
  • Media Release: High-contrast B&W photography and videography may be captured for archival and future marketing. Participants not wishing to be featured must disclose this during the vetting process.

4. Liability & Health

  • Travel Insurance: Participants are required to hold valid international health and travel insurance.
  • Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that international travel and somatic practices (meditation, movement) involve inherent risks. The Partnership and Badia De Campalone are held harmless for injury, loss of property, or travel delays.

5. The Unified Track Commitment

By participating in the Badia Renaissance, you commit to:

  • Honor the schedule and participate in all transmissions (unless physically unable)
  • Respect the 24-hour Noble Silence protocol on Day 4
  • Embrace the "Digital Sunset" as a core component of the methodology
  • Respect the privacy of your 29 peers — what is shared in the "Renaissance Dialogues" remains within the circle

6. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Treat all participants, staff, and venue personnel with respect
  • Maintain confidentiality of discussions and personal information shared by other participants
  • Abstain from recreational drugs and excessive alcohol consumption
  • Respect the property and grounds of the Badia De Campalone

Violation of this code may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Media & Photography Release

By participating, you acknowledge that high-contrast B&W photography and videography will be captured to document this cultural summit. You grant the Partnership the irrevocable right to use your likeness in future "Badia Renaissance" archival and marketing materials unless you have provided a specific written exclusion to the Curator prior to the event.

8. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the residency shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Arezzo, Italy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
